Get Ready to Blast those calories and burn the fat with an hour of Zumba! A great aerobic workout that mixes easy to follow dance moves to help improve cardiovascular fitness and to sweat those pounds off - the fun way of course! A really fab, fun class to great music! IF you're looking for a great workout to keep you fit, burn some calories, tone the body, keep the mind active and/or to just simply "feel good about yourself" and have some fun - then this class is for you!! An EFFECTIVE but more importantly FUN Zumba Class for EVERYONE - FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS, AGES, ABILITIES AND GENDERS! Whether you are a beginner to my Zumba Classes or not, you always work at your own fitness level and ability so YOU have the choice to either use higher impact or lower impact moves which are easily modified to suit. Remember, as long as you keep moving you are doing something good for your body and mind! Exercising with easy-to-follow routines to great music and moves varying from Latin, salsa, merengue, cumbia, flamenco, big band, pop and also fab tunes from the "oldies" to the popular ones to date - there is something for everyone! Don't worry if you feel you have "two left feet or no co-ordination" cuz "if in doubt you can sing it out" until you pick up the moves - and I promise you will! There really are NEVER ANY WRONG MOVES in class, just a fun, enjoyable time with lovely, friendly people. Exercise is so important for us all but it must be something you enjoy in order for you to be committed and dedicated, as that is the only way you will achieve the results you are seeking. It is with much pleasure as an Instructor and so very important to me, that I do everything I can to bring you a workout that ensures you leave my class ENERGISED and with that "AFTER A GREAT WORKOUT, HAPPY FEELING" - where I hope you will be looking forward to the next class!
